Gene AI DAO

Gene AI DEX is a decentralized protocol governed by holders and delegates of $GENE. This governance system allows the community to propose, vote on, and implement changes through the protocol's administrative smart contracts. For more information about the Governor and Timelock, refer to the original governance section.

All versions of Gene AI DEX are managed by the Timelock contract, which oversees each proxy, the Configurator implementation, the Comet factory, and the Comet implementation.

Whenever an immutable parameter is set via a governance proposal, the Comet factory must deploy a new Comet implementation. If the community approves the proposal, the proxy will be directed to the new implementation once executed.
